Step:First

Process :Capture Snags

The first step in the Snagging process is capturing snags through the MessageBox Mobile App.

Take photographs of Snags. Enter comments against each Snag. Save the Snag. Assign the Snag to the Contractor. Monitor status of Snags through the MessageBox App.


Step:Second

Platform:Desktop - Cloud based App

User:Owner/Operator

Process :Send Reports

The second step is to send reports to the Contractor for de-snagging.

Send Reports to the Contractor with a click of a button based on all the snags captured in the mobile app. If required the ENTIRE SNAGGING PROCESS CAN BE PAPERLESS, if the contractor is also provided ID's in the MessageBox app.


Step:Third

Platform:Mobile - iOS & Android

User:Contractor & Owner/Operator

Process :De-Snagging & Validation

The third step is to do rectify all the snags identified during the inspection process - desnagging.

Use the MessageBox to take rectified photographs and record against each snag. Communicate on a real time basis with the Operator/Owner's representatives using embedded chat module. Complete the job on the app after rectification of the snag. The Operator/Owner can take evidence of the completed jobs and close each job in the MessageBox application.


Step:Documentation

Platform:Desktop - Cloud based App

User:Contractor & Owner/Operator

Process :Completed Reports

The last step is to generate completed reports for internal documentation purposes for both the Contractor and the Operator/Owner.

Use the MessageBox Dashboard to print out individual work order reports or completed snag reports. All reports can be generated using the Reporting filters of MessageBox.
